|The goal of our Trainees Program is to develop Young Professionals with high potential, who can take growing responsibilities, contributing to optimize the strategic development of Cargill's business.
Student or recent graduate, in one of the following fields:
Graduation in a reasonable period of time and good academic scores
Command of English Language (oral and written)
Willing to travel and relocate within the country and abroad

- Marketing / External trading
- Information Technology
- Food technology
Training and development
From the very first, our trainees attend to the Corporate Orientation Program, to learn about Cargill activities and policies that guide our businesses.
As part of the training process, they visit our different locations, to obtain knowledge of the production processes, commercial and administrative areas, and a general view of the business.
Temporary assignments are also included in the on-the-job training, in order to understand the specific characteristics of the activity.
A coach will be assigned to each trainee. This coach is accountable for monitoring the training plan, and guiding the trainee in professional and personal issues related to the career development within Cargill.
We have a variety of training courses available, plus the specific training through rotations around the different areas of the business.
